I would just like to say the biggest thank u ever to the most amazing photographer, Neal Morgan. He was a star, going above and beyond all expectations. He was not only my knight in shining armour yesterday, when sadly we got let down by my dress lady at the last minute. Me in a complete panic, Neal strolled in, in a calm manor, de-stressed me, took control of the situation, fastend my dress and still managed to take amazing photos. Throughout the day he was on hand to do what ever he could to help and every step of the way he was showing us the photos he had taken, which looked utterly stunning. A truly lovely and amazing gentleman, with a brilliant sense of humour and kept all our guests entertained throughout the day. We never knew photography could be so much fun. One of the memories we have of our special day is of Neal Morgan himself. He made one of our most dreaded parts of the day into one of our highlights. We could not recommend Neal highly enough! He listened to exactly what we wanted from our album without trying to influence us, and helped us to plan the photos in a way which would achieve our goals. In particular, we had a specific desire to base most of our album on natural, reportage style photography rather than stiff posed shots – which turned out fantastically but is of course the most difficult style of photography for any professional. On the day he was entirely efficient but also non-obtrusive (which was important to us), and really fitted into the day – so much so that many of our friends and family commented on how lovely he was. He was everywhere he needed to be to capture the special moments throughout the day but yet still spent time getting to know the key people around us and tailored his shots accordingly. In short, nothing was asking too much. Neal completely followed our plan for the album, but more importantly than all that he captured hundreds of fantastic images of our special day! Our day was perfect, the album is exactly what we wanted, and as an additional bonus we also have hundreds of beautiful photos that we rotate throughout our house!

Neal was the photographer for our wedding in July 2010. From the first meeting we were put at ease by him as he is a very good communicator. We got married at Newstead Abbey and from the very start Neal put us at ease about the whole process, we were never rushed and his attention to detail on the day was exceptional. He had already been to the venue and checked out where to get the best shots from, he organised all of our guests so that no-one was stood around waiting or wandering off. Neal has such a way to make you feel relaxed, you forget that he is there and those unexpected photos are lovely. I still open our album to this day and just love his work.

I recently surprised my husband to renew our wedding vows. Neal was a great guy, meeting under secrecy to arrange the photos. After brief discussion I left him to it! From the start Neal was very professional and made detailed notes of the type of photography that we would like and he was very helpful. On the day, Neal took hundreds of photographs and stayed with us all day right until the evening and didn’t leave until after our first dance. Neal made the day for both myself and Chris very comfortable and blended in the background when taking the photographs. We didn’t even notice he was taking some photographs. After our honeymoon Neal made a journey to our home to hand deliver the memory stick with the photos on it. I asked for certain photos to be edited and Neal did this without any hesitation and the album that Neal did was excellent, both Chris and I were over the moon with the work that had gone into the album. The quality and sharpness of the photographs was like no other album that we have seen, Neal wasted no space on any page and filled every inch with photographs so we really got value for money. Neal photographed our wedding in October 2012 and we can’t thank him enough. When we first met Neal we knew very quickly that he would be right for us. We had done our research online so had seen samples of his work before we arranged to meet him. We had a pre wedding meeting at the venue about a month before so he could get a feel for the place and scope out the areas to get the best shots. This may seem like a trivial thing but it really put us at ease as we were getting married late in the afternoon and didn’t want to run out of time for photo’s as the light faded. After this meeting Neal was constantly in touch via email with ideas and timetables to ensure we got all the group photo’s we wanted. On the day Neal did a fantastic job and never stopped working. He captured the atmosphere perfectly. Wedding guests can be difficult, as you read this you will picture your awkward uncle or cousin who refuses to do what they’re told but Neal is very good at getting people in the right place at the right time in order to get a great photo. Our images are nothing short of amazing and we can’t thank Neal enough for the lifelong memories that he captured. His ability with his camera is equalled only by his vision and his enthusiasm for his work. Our wedding was more than a job on a Friday afternoon, Neal understood us and knew what we wanted and didn’t stop taking photo’s until he got it.
